Security Services

The properties we manage operate 24-hour security to safeguard the life and property of residents and tenants. Security contractors are appointed through an established tender process and their performance is monitored by the management office.

Star Security Services Company Limited, a group company, holds a Security Company Licence issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority (Type I security work — providing security guarding services), Licence No. 2039, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of security guarding services at designated sites (Cert. No. Q1998). It currently serves some of the properties we manage and is also appointed directly by other building owners; all on-site officers hold a Security Personnel Permit.

Each project operates a central control room where the duty supervisor monitors the site through CCTV and a radio network, staying in immediate contact with on-site officers and the management office so that anything unusual can be attended to at once.

The team also handles access control, visitor registration, vehicle movements and first-line emergency response, and receives regular training and drills.

The security team also provides one-stop security services for other buildings and estates which are not managed by us.
