Star Property Management (H.K.) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed Star Group (1560.HK) and a licensed property management company (PMC Licence No. C-628128). Since 2013 we have delivered one-stop property management for residential estates, serviced apartments, industrial and commercial buildings, shopping malls and car parks.

Star Group
Star Property Management sits within Star Group’s “Star Properties and Services” division. Security is provided by licensed security company Star Security Services Limited, and cleaning, repair and maintenance by Crystal Sun Services Limited — three teams working together, one management office for the client.
