Our Company
Star Property Management (H.K.) Limited was established in 2013 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Star Group (1560.HK), and is a property management company licensed by the Property Management Services Authority (PMC Licence No. C-628128).
We aim to provide comprehensive, user experience-based property management services by introducing high quality, well-trained staff and modern technology. Tenants enjoy the best property management service, while owners benefit from higher returns and asset valuation.
Over the years we have also developed other related services including cleaning, repair and maintenance, security and gardening, so that our customers can enjoy a one-stop premium service. Our portfolio today spans modern industrial buildings, grade-A commercial buildings, serviced apartments and new residential developments.

Group Structure
Star Property Management sits within Star Group’s “Star Properties and Services” division. Within the same division, security services are provided by Star Security Services Limited, and cleaning, repair and maintenance by Crystal Sun Services Limited. Both regulated activities — property management and security — are carried out by licensed companies.
The three teams belong to one group and share one set of service standards, working closely together day to day. Clients deal with a single management office, where scheduling, follow-up and reporting are coordinated by one team.
