The security services of our managed properties are supported by Star Security Services Limited and its professional security team, providing 24-hour professional security to safeguard the life and property of our customers.
Star Security Services Limited holds a Security Company Licence issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority (Type I security work — providing security guarding services), Licence No. 2039. All on-site officers also hold a Security Personnel Permit.
Each project operates a central control room where the duty supervisor monitors the site through CCTV and a radio network, staying in immediate contact with on-site officers and the management office so that anything unusual can be attended to at once.
The team also handles access control, visitor registration, vehicle movements and first-line emergency response, and receives regular training and drills.
The security team also provides one-stop security services for other buildings and estates which are not managed by us.
